We accept donations of clothing in new or gently used condition. We cannot repair or wash clothing. Please ensure there is no fluid, waste, or other hazardous material on any clothing you wish to donate.

How Do I Make A Donation?
We have made donating a breeze with our three-step process. Schedule your pickup. Pack your donations. We pick it up! Please follow our easy guide to prepare you for your donation.
Do You Accept Damaged or Worn-out Items?
We do not accept any damaged items or items that need repair. Please only donate items that are new or gently used. As long as your item is in good condition and doesn’t need repair, we are happy to take it.
Do You Provide At-Home Pickup Service?
Your donated items should be in a location easily visible from the street and accessible by foot. We request that you place all items directly outside your home. Please clearly mark the boxes or bags for donation. Our drivers are not allowed to enter homes, apartments, residences, or stairwells.
Do You Accept Donations from Apartments?
Yes, we accept donations from apartments. Our drivers cannot enter, climb, or use building services. Please place all donation items outside the apartment on ground level. Label them for donation, and we will pick them up.
Do You Collect Donations from Gated Communities?
We are happy to collect donations from gated communities. Please call us at 1-855-628-8387 to arrange a pickup. You will need to provide us with a guest gate code or notify the gate operator of a scheduled pickup.
Do You Offer Pickups from Storage Facilities?
No, we cannot pick up donations from storage facilities.
Why Do I Need to Mark and Label Donation Goods?
We recommend you mark or label your donations so we can easily identify them. Please write the letters “NFV” on your bags and boxes. NFV stands for National Foundation of Veterans, a great cause we support.
Do I Have to Be There Physically?
You don’t have to be present during the pickup. We will gladly pick up your donated items. We advise you to mark your bags or boxes as donations for quick and easy pickup. Also, please ensure that the items are visible from the street and accessible by foot.
Do You Provide Donation Pickup Reminders?
Yes, we do. We will send you an email reminder one day before pickup. Please stay prepared, and if anything changes, give us a call. We look forward to picking up your donation.
Is It Possible to Schedule Donation Pickups?
We know your time is valuable, and we do our best to make donating easy for you. You can schedule a pickup date with us. Our drivers work from 8 am to 5 pm. We will pick up your donation during those hours.
Does Bad Weather Affect My Pickup Date?
Our trucks collect donations in all weather conditions. In case of bad weather with the potential for safety concerns, we will call you to reschedule.
