What items do you accept?
We take most items that can be lifted and loaded by a single driver, with the exception of potentially hazardous items. For more information, please see our Acceptable Items page.
I have a large number of items to donate. What is the maximum you’ll accept?
If you have more than 20-25 boxes or bags, please call 1-855-628-8387 to make special arrangements for pickup. Depending on our work load and the size of your donation, we may opt to split it into several pickups.
Can your driver help me move items out of my house, backyard or garage?
No, unfortunately, our drivers are not allowed inside residences or backyards, even with permission. Your donations must be placed outside the home, and they must be visible from the street and accessible by foot. (Click here to see how to set up your pickup.)
Can you pick up from apartments?
Yes, we can do pickups at apartments provided the items are placed outside the apartment at ground level. Our drivers are not allowed to enter your unit, to travel upstairs or to use elevators.
Do you do pickups in gated communities?
We are happy to accommodate donors in gated communities as long as they can provide a guest gate code or give their gate operator notice to admit our driver on your scheduled date. Please schedule your pickup at 1-855-628-8387 so we can prepare our driver for your unique needs.
What time will the truck be at my house?
Our drivers pick up donations between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule specific times for pickups. You do not need to be home for the pickup as long as the items are left outside in a location visible from the street and accessible by foot.
Will you send me a reminder about the pickup?
Yes, you will receive an email reminder the day before your scheduled pickup.
What if it is raining? Will you still pick up my items?
Our trucks generally pick up rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we may call you to reschedule your pickup.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
No, you don’t need to be home. Simply follow our easy guide for preparing your donation for pickup.
Do you do pickups at storage facilities?
No, unfortunately, we do not service storage facilities.
Can you accept damaged clothing or items in need of repair?
We prefer clothing and goods donations to be in new or “gently used” condition. Please do not donate items in need of repair as we can’t fix them.
