Clothing Donation Pickup in La Palma
We accept several clothing donations, regardless of the apparel’s intended purpose or age range. However, every clothing donation must be in good condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot repair any damaged or soiled clothing donations we receive. So if your apparel is full of holes or tears or soaked in hazardous materials like oil or bodily fluids, we cannot accept it. But we can take any of the following items in gently used condition:
- Tops: T-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, etc.
- Bottoms: Jeans, dress pants, skirts, etc.
- Shoes: Sneakers, sandals, loafers, etc.
- Jewelry: Rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.

How do I donate?
Donating with Easy Donation Pickup is simple. Just schedule an appointment online or call 1-855-628-8387, arrange your donations outside your home, and wait for our scheduled arrival.
How many items can I donate per pickup?
You can donate up to 25 bags or boxes of items per delivery. You may contribute unpackaged items, but everything must be small enough to handle and fit into our truck.
What kinds of items can I donate?
We accept any donation in good shape, light enough for one driver to carry, and small enough to fit on a truck. Our most popular donations include furniture, clothing, and small electronic items.
Do you accept heavily damaged or soiled donations?
We will not accept donations that are not functional or are heavily damaged.
How should I prepare for an at-home donation pickup?
To ensure the safety of our team, drivers will not enter your home or use stairs or elevators on the premises. So please place every item you intend to donate outside your property at ground level to prepare for our arrival.
Will you accept pickups from apartments or gated communities?
You can schedule a free donation pickup in La Palma from your apartment or gated community.
If you live in an apartment above ground level, bring your donations to the first floor before our arrival. And if you live in a gated community, please provide our team with the gate access code when you schedule your appointment.
Do you pick up donations from storage facilities?
Unfortunately, we cannot pick up donated items from inside storage facilities.
Why do I need to label donations before you collect them?

Our drivers will collect your donations even if you aren’t home. Just label the items you wish to donate and leave them outside your house, visible from street view, and our team will take care of the rest.
Will you send me a reminder for my donation pickup?
Yes! We will call you or send an email reminder the day before your pickup at your request.
Can I schedule a pickup for a specific time?
Due to our high daily number of pickups, we cannot guarantee arrival at a specific time. However, you can request we pick up your donations on a particular day, and we will arrive between our hours of operation, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Will my donation pickup appointment ever be canceled or delayed?
We pride ourselves on being there for those generous enough to donate their household items, whether rain or shine. However, severe storms or road blockages might occasionally prevent us from reaching your home on time. We will reschedule our pickup at no cost to you if that happens.
