The great news is our donation drivers are ready to pick up your items. However, we can’t guarantee a specific pickup time. This will be dependent on the route our donation driver takes each day.
Please note that while we accept a wide variety of items, all of these items must be in fair condition. For example, we can’t take electronics or household goods that need major repairs or clothing and furniture that’s overly worn. Before calling for a pickup, please ensure your items meet these qualifications.

Is There a Donation Limit?
There is a limit to one-day donations. You can’t donate more than 25 boxes or bags in one delivery. If you have anything more than that, please call as we will accommodate by scheduling multiple pickup days.
Do You Take Furniture Donations?
We take some furniture donations. However, these items cannot be large and must be in good condition without tears and stains. Consider this page on acceptable small furniture items.
Will You Pick Up from Apartments?
Yes, we will pick up from apartments. However, the donation items must be outside of the building at ground level because drivers are not allowed to enter your residence.
Which Locations Do You Cover?

Can a Pickup Driver Enter My Home?
No, pickup drivers are not allowed to enter your home to grab donations. Your items must be outside of your home, apartment, or garage for our drivers to accept them.
Are Donations Tax Deductible?
Yes, all donations are tax deductible. Our team will leave a tax receipt at your residence after pickup.
How Much Does Pickup Cost?
Pickup is entirely free for customers.
When Will My Pickup Driver Arrive?
Expect your pickup to occur between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The time of day will be dependent on other routes. Rest assured, you don’t need to be home for the pickup to occur.
