Electronic items must have appropriate power cords available with the article, and the cables should be free of damage or fraying for safety purposes.

How can I donate?
If you cannot make it to your local thrift stores or donation centers, you can donate by calling, emailing, or going online to schedule a pickup date. Once scheduled, leave your items outside your home, in a location viewable from the street. Label boxes or articles as “for donation.” We will do the rest.
What can I donate?
We accept almost all furniture, clothing, and electronics donations as long as they are in like-new, gently used condition. Contributions must be in working condition, without damage, and not need repair. Items must be small enough for a single driver to pick up and load into the truck.
How much can I donate?
You can donate as much as you like; however, we can accept up to 25 bags, boxes, or small items from one location per day.
Are slightly damaged items acceptable?
We cannot accept damaged items or those in need of repair. All items should be in like-new, gently used condition.
Do I need to label my items?
All items placed outside your home should be marked as "for donation" to prevent our drivers from picking up other items by mistake.
Are my donations tax-deductible?
We provide receipts for your generous donations so that you can add them as a tax deduction.
Do you provide pickup services?
Yes. Once you schedule a pickup date, we will come to your home to pick up your donations.
Are your services free?
Our pickup services are free.
Do I need to be home?
You do not need to be present when our drivers arrive. Simply leave your donations outside your home in a location viewable from the street, and we will pick them up.
Do I need to schedule the pickup?
Yes. You must call, email, or go to our website to schedule a date for the pickup. We cannot specify a time for pickup, and pickup time depends on location and driving route. Our drivers are on the road from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we cannot guarantee what time they will arrive at your location.
Do you provide reminders of the scheduled pickup?
We will email you the day before and call you the morning of the pickup to remind you to place your items outside your home. Additional phone calls are possible if requested.
Can the weather impact the scheduled pickup?
We pick up in all weather conditions; however, we will call you to reschedule if road conditions become unsafe for our drivers.
Do you provide pickup services to apartment complexes?
Yes, we can pick them up from an apartment complex; however, our drivers cannot pick up donations above the ground floor. All donations items must be outside the residence, on the ground floor, viewable from the street.
Do you provide pickup services to gated communities?
Yes. We can pick up from gated communities as long as the gate guard is made aware of our arrival in advance or a visitor code is provided to the driver to get through the gate.
Do you provide pickup services to storage units?
No. Our free donation pickup in Yorba Linda does not include going into storage facilities. Items should be placed outside the storage unit gates, in view of the street, and labeled “for donation.”
