What can I donate?
We accept nearly all donations of household items, as long as they are in like-new or gently used condition. Acceptable contributions include small furniture items, clothing donations, and working electronics. All items should be small enough and light enough to be picked up by one driver and loaded into our trucks.
Are lightly damaged items acceptable?
We cannot accept items that are damaged or in need of repair. We cannot take clothing items that are torn or covered in hazardous material. We cannot make repairs or wash clothing items.
Do I need to label my donations?
All bags, boxes, and small furniture items should be marked as “for donation” on the outside to ensure that our drivers do not pick up any additional items by mistake.
Are my donations tax-deductible?
Yes, your donation to our organization is a tax deduction with a receipt.
Do you provide free donation pickup in Placentia?
We provide scheduled pickup services if you can't make it to a local thrift store or our location. The pickup date depends on the pickup location and route, and we cannot give a specific time for the pickup. Our drivers are on the road from 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm each pickup day, but some donation pickups can take longer than others.

Do you provide reminders about a scheduled pickup?
Yes. We will email you the day before and call you the morning of the scheduled pickup. We can make additional reminder calls if requested.
Does the weather impact the ability to pick up my donation?
We pick up your donations regardless of the weather; however, if conditions on the road become unsafe for our drivers, we will call you to reschedule.
Can you pick up a donation from an apartment complex?
Yes, we can pick it up from an apartment; however, our drivers cannot go beyond the first floor for pick up. Items should be placed outside, in a location viewable from the street for pickup.
Can you pick up from a gated community?
Yes. With advance notice to the gate guard to let him know to expect our pickup services or a visitor code to enter the gate, we can pick up from inside a gated community.
Can you pick it up from a storage unit?
No. Our free donation pickup in Placentia doesn’t include storage facilities.Donation items from the storage facility should remain outside the gate for pickup.
Are you affiliated with Good Will or Salvation Army?
