Please write the letters “NVF” on your packages before placing them outside your home. Doing so will help our volunteers identify your donatable items easier.
Can You Pick Up from Gated Communities?
We do accept donations from gated communities. You must ensure you provide us with a guest gate code, allowing us to access your property and pick up your items.
Do I Have to Be Present During Your Collection?
You do not have to be home during the collection. All you have to do is leave your packages outside your home on your pickup date.
Can I Donate from a Storage Facility?
Unfortunately, we do not accept donations from storage facilities.
What if the Weather Is Bad on My Delivery Date?
We never cancel pickup dates (unless there is a snow emergency). We will be there on your scheduled pickup date to collect your items.
Can You Remind Me of My Pickup Date?
