We accept furniture for donation if the pieces are in good condition and can be moved and loaded by a single person. This includes small and medium-sized furniture pieces and household goods, including:

Easy Donation Pickup offers free donation pickup in Orange County for you gently used and unwanted clothing, shoes, and accessories. Your clothing donation helps veterans in need across the country. We accept any clothing donations that are clean, stain-free, and gently used, including:
- Baby clothing and accessories, such as diapers, newborn clothing, infant clothing, toddler clothing, socks, shoes, blankets, bibs, etc.
- Children and teen clothing and shoes of all kinds
- Women’s clothing, shoes, boots, outerwear, accessories, jewelry, etc.

- Seasonal wear for all ages, such as winter coats, snowsuits, boots, gloves, hats, scarves, thermals, etc.
Ensure that all clothing donations are clean, gently used, and free of stains or hazardous materials such as solvents, fuels, and oils. We do accept some damaged clothing for recycling purposes.

If you have small or medium-sized electronics, we pick up your donation free of charge. Easy Donation Pickup accepts various electronics, including:

What Can I Donate?
We accept almost any household items, clothing, and electronics that are usable and can be lifted and loaded by a single driver. We maintain a complete list of acceptable donation items on our website.
How Much Can I Donate?
You can donate as many individual items as you choose with a maximum of 25 full bags or boxes per day. As long as the driver can lift and load your donations, you may donate them. If you have more significant amounts to donate, please call us at (855) 628-8387.
Do You Accept Damaged Items?
We accept any items that are clean, stain-free, gently used, and in usable condition. We will not accept broken and damaged items.
How Do I Donate?
You can donate with our easy, three-step process:
- Schedule a pickup by phone or online.
- Pack up your clothing, household goods, and electronics and label them.
- Place your donation out for pickup.
Do I Need to Mark My Donation Goods?
It would be best to label your donations for pickup so the driver can spot them easily.
Must I Be Present at Donation Pickup?
It is not necessary to be at home or physically give you donations to the driver. Just ensure your donation items are marked and placed in a convenient spot outside your home that the driver can access.
Can You Pick Up Donations from Inside My Residence?
No, our drivers cannot enter your home, including the basement, attic, or garage, to pick up your donations. This is for their safety as well as yours. All donations must be placed outside in an accessible area and marked for collection.
Do You Pick Up Donations from Apartments? Gated Communities?
We do collect donations from apartment buildings. Please place your items for donations in bags or boxes, label them clearly, and set them in an accessible area outside on the ground level of the apartment building.
For gated communities, call us to make arrangements for pickup. Make sure you provide the guest gate code for our driver or notify the gate operator of the scheduled pickup so they can allow the driver in to collect your donation.
Do You Offer Pickups from Storage Facilities?
No, we cannot pick up donations from storage facilities.
Will I Receive a Reminder of My Scheduled Pickup?
Yes, you will receive an emailed reminder of your scheduled pick up the day before. Call us before your free donation pickup in Orange County if you need to reschedule.
Can I Schedule a Specific Time to Pick Up my Donation?
We cannot reserve a specific time for pick up. Our drivers collect donations between 8 AM and 5 PM and will collect your donation during that time frame. You can choose the day of your pick-up, and you can schedule a particular day online or by calling us.
Will Bad Weather Affect My Pickup Date?
We provide free donation pickup in Orange County, regardless of the weather. If extreme weather prevents us from picking up your donations, we will contact you about rescheduling your pickup. There is no charge for rescheduling a pickup.
