Clothing Donation Pickup in Garden Grove
We want your clothing, shoes, luggage, purses, electronics, small appliances, household goods, and thrift store items if you live in Garden Grove, Long Beach, Artesia, Whittier, or the surrounding area! We accept clothing donations in new or in gently used condition. Please do not donate anything torn, wet, dirty, stained, or that contains anything that could be considered hazardous. We have no way of washing, repairing, or disposing of these items.
We need clothing, shoes, and accessories for all ages, genders, and sizes, including:

Electronics Donation Pick-Up in Garden Grove
We accept donations of small kitchen appliances and electronic items. Note that we cannot accept large items such as dishwashers or refrigerators. Please make sure the items are clean and in good working order, then simply leave them in an easily accessible and visible location outside your home, and let us do the rest.

Easy Donation Pickup is a non-profit organization that makes it easy to donate items you no longer need or want. We can accept virtually any new or gently used item that one person can pick up and carry, and we’ll pick it up free of charge.
We appreciate everything you donate! Unfortunately, we cannot accept large furniture, mattresses or box springs, large appliances (stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.), hazardous liquids (paint, stain, weed killer, bug killer, etc.), televisions, or cash donations.

What Can I Donate?
We appreciate donations of almost anything that can be lifted and loaded by a single driver, except potentially hazardous items. Please see our Acceptable Items page for more information.
Is There a Maximum Limit on How Many Items I Can Donate?
No, there’s no limit, but we do ask that you call us at 1-855-628-8387 to make special arrangements for pickup if you have more than 20 to 25 bags or boxes to donate. Depending on how much you are donating, we may have to make several trips to pick up the items if our workload is heavy at the time.
Can Your Driver Help Me Move Items to the Curb?
No, they cannot. Place your donations outside the building. Make sure they can be seen from the street and reached on foot. Our drivers cannot enter homes, garages, sheds, or backyards, even with permission.
Do You Provide Pick-Up Service to Apartments?
Yes, we can pick up items at apartments if your donations are outside and ground level. Our drivers cannot enter any apartments, walk upstairs, or use an elevator to retrieve donated items. Make sure that the items are labeled “NVF” for donation.
Do You Provide Pick-Up Service to Gated Communities?
Yes, we are happy to pick up from gated communities as long as the person donating can provide us with a guest gate code or notify the gate attendant that our driver needs entrance on the scheduled date. Please schedule pickups at gated communities by calling 1-855-628-8387.
What Time Will Your Truck Arrive?
We pick up donations between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so our driver will arrive sometime during that window. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule a time more specific than that. You do not have to be home for us to pick up your donation. The items have to be outside, labeled “NVF” for donation, in a spot that can be seen from the street and reached on foot.
Can You Send Me a Reminder about My Pickup Date?
Yes, we will email you one day before your scheduled pickup.
If It’s Raining, Will Your Truck Still Pick Up?
Yes, our trucks usually run regardless of the weather. If conditions are extreme, we may call you to reschedule.
Do I Have to Be Home When the Truck Arrives?
No, you can be away from home. However, we ask that you label the items for donation if you aren’t going to be home. We only pick up marked items to ensure that we aren’t picking up the wrong things accidentally.
Do You Provide Pick-Up Service to Storage Units?
No, our free donation pickup in Garden Grove cannot pick up donated items from the premises of a storage facility. If you have something to donate in storage, please bring it to your home for pickup or take it to our nearest drop-off location.
Do You Accept Damaged Clothing or Items in Need of Repair?
We only accept clothing donations and other donations in new or “gently used” condition. Please do not donate items that are torn, stained, or in need of repair. We have no way to clean or fix them.
