Donating is a simple, three-step process:

How Much May I Donate at One Time?
You can donate clothing and household items up to 25 bags or boxes per day. If you have a more significant amount to donate, please call us at (855) 628-8387 for more information.
What May I Donate?
We take almost everything as long as the items are usable and easily carried and loaded by one person. You can find a complete list of acceptable items on our website.
Do You Accept Damaged or Worn-Out Items?
We do not accept donations of broken, damaged, or stained items. Any items in new or gently used condition are acceptable.
Can You Pick Up Donations from Inside My Home?
Our drivers may not enter your home, apartment, garage, or basement to pick up donations for your safety and theirs. All donations must be set outside in an easily visible and accessible area and marked clearly for donation.
Do You Accept Donations from Apartments? Gated Communities?
Yes, we accept donations from apartments. Please place all items on ground level outside the apartment building and label them clearly for donation.
We also pick up donations from gated communities. Call us at (855) 628-8387 to arrange pickup. You must provide us with the guest gate code or notify the front gate operator of the scheduled pickup so our driver can enter and collect your donation.
Do You Offer Pickups from Storage Facilities?
We do not pick up donations from storage facilities.
Do I Need to Label My Donation Goods?
We highly recommend labeling your donation boxes or bags so our driver can quickly identify them.
Must I Be Present During Donation Pickup?
No, you do not have to be present or physically give your donation to the driver at pickup. Ensure the items are marked and placed in a spot outside that is easily accessible and visible from the street.
Will I Receive a Reminder of my Scheduled Pickup?
Yes, we send a reminder via email one day before the pickup. Call us to reschedule your free donation pickup in Fullerton if you need to change your time or day.
